About Us Who We Are We are a recently formed group of volunteers from Yorktown and the surrounding region who are interested in local and railroad history preservation. We welcome your support and encourage your involvement in any way you can. Our Mission Our mission is to support the Town of Yorktown's plan to renovate the 130 year old "Old Put" depot building in Railroad Park. The depot will be reopened to the general public and to bikers and walkers on the North County Trailway. Our main tasks are publicity and fund raising to support this goal and preserve the depot.
